Privacy Policy – Oopsies

Oopsies uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore Database, and Firebase Analytics provided by Google LLC. The app also uses Expo Updates for over-the-air updates.

Data Collection

We collect the following data:

• Game Progress Data: Level completion times, unlocked Oopsies, level attempts, and gameplay statistics stored in Firestore
• Authentication Data: If you sign in, we collect basic authentication information (email or Apple/Google login credentials) via Firebase Authentication
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage data (such as level attempts, errors, device type) through Firebase Analytics to improve gameplay
• App Settings: Your preferences for sound, haptics, and theme settings

Data Usage

Data is used only to:

• Save your game progress and unlock status
• Understand app performance and fix issues
• Improve player experience
• Provide personalized gameplay features

No personal data is sold or used for advertising purposes.

Data Storage

Your game progress and data are stored securely in Firebase Firestore. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication. Both services are provided by Google LLC.

Sharing with Third Parties

Data is shared only with:

• Firebase/Google services (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Analytics) strictly for app functionality, data storage, and analytics
• Expo (Expo Updates) for app update delivery

No data is shared with advertisers or third-party marketing services.
