How do I download Oopsies?

Oopsies is available on the App Store. Search for "Oopsies" or visit our homepage to download.

What devices are supported?

Oopsies is available for iOS devices running iOS 13.0 or later. We're working on Android support for the future!

How do I save my progress?

Your game progress is automatically saved to the cloud when you sign in. Make sure you're connected to the internet for automatic syncing.

I lost my progress. Can I recover it?

If you were signed in, your progress should be saved in the cloud. Try signing out and signing back in. If the issue persists, contact us at playoopsies@gmail.com.

How do I find hidden Oopsies?

Look carefully! Oopsies can hide in pixels, behind snowflakes, inside shadows, and even behind other Oopsies. Use zoom to explore every corner of each level.

The app crashes or freezes. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store. If issues persist, contact us with details about your device and iOS version.

Can I play offline?

You can play levels offline, but you'll need an internet connection to sync your progress and unlock new content.

How do I report a bug?

Please email us at playoopsies@gmail.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots are helpful too!

New to Oopsies? Here's how to get started:

  1. Download Oopsies from the App Store
  2. Open the app and explore the first level
  3. Look for hidden Oopsies by zooming and panning around
  4. Tap (boop) each Oopsie you find to send them home to the Multinest
  5. Complete levels to unlock new content and discover more Oopsies!
